The first European Heritage Hub Community of Practice Forum entitled ‘Reimagining the Anthropocene: Putting Culture and Heritage at the Heart of Climate Action’ took place in Venice on 28 September, as part of the European Cultural Heritage Summit 2023.
António Guterres, Secretary General of the United Nations, sent a letter of support to the Forum calling for culture and heritage to be embedded in climate change policy and welcoming the work of the European Heritage Hub. The message was read by Teresa Tamen, General Director of Activities of Centro Nacional de Cultura.
