As part of the European Heritage Hub project and the Europa Nostra Cultural Heritage Hub—a partnership between the Centro Nacional de Cultura, the Lisbon City Council, and Europa Nostra—the theme of Culture and Artificial Intelligence will be explored in this session from a different perspective.
Contributions will come from, among others, Alexandre Quintanilha, Carlos Fiolhais, José Tolentino Mendonça, William Hasselberger (Director of the Digital Ethics Lab at Universidade Católica), and visual artist Rudolfo Quintas. The program will also feature a message from the Secretary-General of the United Nations, António Guterres.
In addition to the initial presentations by the guests, a panel of students from the Lisbon Consortium at the Faculdade de Ciências Humanas da Universidade Católica Portuguesa will pose questions related to this initiative.
The session will be moderated by Cristina Ovídio. Simultaneous translation (English-Portuguese) will be provided.
Admission is free but subject to room capacity. The session will also be streamed online.
