Loi du 14 juillet 2023 portant création d’un établissement public nommé « Trois C-L – Maison pour la Danse »

A new public establishment has been established to support and promote the art of dance, both nationally and internationally. This initiative aims to provide a platform for choreographers, artists, and cultural professionals to create, showcase, and preserve the heritage of contemporary dance. The institution is empowered with legal autonomy, financial independence, and artistic freedom to fulfil its mission effectively.

The newly created establishment, named “Trois C-L – Maison pour la Danse,” operates under the supervision of the Minister of Culture, focusing on nurturing choreographic talent, engaging diverse audiences, and preserving dance heritage. It is mandated to support choreographers through mentoring, facilitate educational programs, and serve as a hub for dance documentation and archival work. Additionally, the institution is authorised to collaborate with public and private entities, both locally and internationally, to enhance its impact and reach.

With a dedicated board of administration overseeing its operations, the establishment is equipped to manage financial resources, organise cultural events, and engage in partnerships to further its objectives. By fostering creativity, education, and cultural exchange, this initiative is poised to contribute significantly to the preservation and promotion of dance heritage. The establishment’s multifaceted approach underscores its commitment to advancing the art form and enriching the cultural landscape for present and future generations.
