In 2020, the European Heritage Awards / Europa Nostra Awards, Europe’s highest honour in the field of cultural heritage, recognised 28 remarkable achievements from 15 countries. This annual publication shines a spotlight on the 2015 laureates of the Grand Prix, which were selected by the Awards’ Juries and the Board of Europa Nostra from among the winners.
Among the Grand Prix 2015 winners were the Rundling Association in Jameln, Germany; the Wonders of Venice: Virtual Online Treasures in St. Mark’s Area, Italy; the Armenian Church of St. Giragos in Diyarbakir, Turkey; the Salt Valley of Añana in the Basque Country, Spain; the Programme for Owners of Rural Buildings in Estonia; the Churches Conservation Trust in London, UK; and the Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest, Hungary.
