Constitution De La Republique D’Armenie Avec Les Amendements

The Armenian Constitution emphasizes several key pillars: green transition, heritage preservation, inclusion, and international cultural relations.

Under the Green Transition pillar, Article 12 focuses on the preservation of the environment and sustainable development. The State is committed to promoting the preservation, improvement, and restoration of the environment, along with the sustainable use of natural resources. This approach is guided by the principle of sustainable development and acknowledges the responsibility towards future generations. Furthermore, it mandates that everyone is obliged to contribute to environmental preservation.

The Heritage Preservation pillar is encapsulated in Article 15 which underscores the promotion of culture, education, and science. The State is dedicated to fostering the development of these areas and ensures that the Armenian language and cultural heritage are under its care and protection.

In terms of Inclusion and Accessibility, Article 86 outlines the State’s primary objectives, which include ensuring free access for everyone to national and universal values. This reflects the commitment to creating an inclusive society where cultural and educational resources are accessible to all.

Lastly, the International Cultural Relations pillar is detailed in Article 13, which addresses the foreign policy of the Republic of Armenia. The State’s foreign policy is based on international law and aims to establish good neighborly and mutually beneficial relations with all states, fostering a spirit of cooperation and mutual respect on the global stage.
