This plan of action outlines various projects and initiatives within the Cultural sector of the Community of Portuguese Language Countries (CPLP). Projects such as the Cultural Market and Traditional Culture Festival will be implemented to promote cultural exchange and cooperation. Collaboration with other international organisations in the cultural domain will also be emphasised.
Additionally, programs for museum qualification and training, as well as the creation of a Virtual Museum for CPLP countries, are to be developed.
