Integrirani nacionalni energetski i klimatski plan za Republiku Hrvatsku za razdoblje od 2021. do 2030. godine (Integrated national energy and climate plan for the Republic of Croatia 2021-2030)

The Croatian National Energy and Climate Plan for 2021-2030 embeds cultural goods, particularly focusing on the program for the energy renovation of buildings that have the status of cultural heritage. It distinguishes between individually protected cultural goods (individual buildings and architectural complexes) and buildings located within protected cultural and historical complexes. It does not cover buildings protected as preventive cultural goods or listed cultural goods. The program develops two main approaches to the energy renovation of these buildings: a comprehensive (integral) approach and an approach applying individual energy renovation measures.
